Leah Goldstein (Speaker, Ex-Professional Ahtlete, Author)
Leah Goldstein is an internationally renowned athlete and speaker, who stuns audiences with her straight-forward account of a life lived with no limits.
As age 13, she was the Canadian Tae Kwon Do Champion, and by age 17, she’d claimed the World Kickboxing Bantamweight Championship. She then served in the Israeli Military, training Elite Commandos in Krav Maga, a lethal form of hand-combat. Leah then fought her way into a male-only special-ops police course and eventually into Israel’s Undercover Police Unit, the Belush.
The strain of anti-terrorist missions and confronting other violent crimes took its toll, and Leah found her salvation on a bike. She quickly became Israel’s duathlon champion and then at age 30, when most athletes retire, she decided to pursue a career in professional cycling. Training tirelessly, she earned victories all over North America and Europe. A horrific 2005 crash almost took her life, but she fought back by not only returning to professional cycling, but completing the most successful year of her career. Another crash in 2010 accelerated her decision to retire from the professional circuit. Switching to ultra-distance cycling, she had an undefeated, record breaking 3-year stint, winning Race Across Oregon, Furnace Creek 508, Ring of Fire, Race Across the West and an epic victory in the world’s toughest bike race—Race Across America.
Today Leah shares her story and the lessons she has learned. She connects with high-risk youth, corporate executives, housewives and everyone in between, with her unwavering belief that we can all dig deeper and live richer. Through discrimination, self-doubt and missteps, she shows how astonishing achievements can be reached, one unflinching goal at a time.

Lori Moger, M.Sc. (Speaker, Writer, Kinesiologist, Sports Psychologist)
Lori’s eclectic background affords her a unique perspective on nutrition. As a daughter of an agronomist (plant scientist) father and a food scientist mother, she was raised around farmers, health food nuts and not a Fruit Loop in sight. Her health based background, paired with athletics, led Lori to a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University. She has worked as a presenter, trainer and wellness coach for corporations including Tolko Industries and BC Assessment. Across a 20-year fitness career, including stints at the Mayo Clinic and the Sports Club Company, she’s developed a no-nonsense approach to health – based in facts, and not fads.
Lori has been published in several scientific journals, including the Mayo Clinic Proceedings, Medicine and Science in Sport and Exercise, and contributed a chapter for Lifestyle Medicine, a textbook exploring the connection between mind and body, now in it’s second edition. As a former NCAA athlete and in her current career as a fitness trainer, she is continually convinced of the critical role food plays in our health, wellbeing, and living the best life possible.
Lori is co-founder/owner of No Finish Line Living, a straight shooting wellness company offering retreats, seminars and presentations with perspiration, inspiration and education. She recently finished ghost writing “No Limits”, the remarkable memoir about her business partner, Leah Goldstein – due out in May, 2015. Lori also works as a fitness trainer for elite athletes, rehabilitation clients, and a handful of awesome people that don’t mind hearing it like it is.
