Jewish Community Center Family Wellness Festival Tuscon Arizona

The Tucson Jewish Communty Center is currently planning its second annual Family Wellness Festival for Sunday, Oct. 18th. The Festival is part of a center-wide initiative to expand the definition of what “wellness” can mean to our community, and includes topics such as environmental, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and cultural wellness as part of the conversation. It is our vision to explore wellness as a hands-on, mind and body experience.

World Kickboxing Champ, former Israeli Commando Instuctor and Ultra Endurance Cyclist, Leah Goldstein will host a bike clinic in the morning and share her powerful true story to overcome limits and talk about her new book and personal memoir “No Limits” in the afternoon.
